A Basic Football Camp, aimed at nurturing young talent aged 13 to 21, officially kick started today at Kangpokpi’s Thomas Ground. The camp, organized by the Sadar Hills Football Academy, marks the beginning of a promising journey for 58 enthusiastic participants.
The opening programme was attended by Haolet Khongsai, President of the Kanggui Youth Union (KYU), who officially kick-started the training session. In his address, Khongsai encouraged the budding footballers to embrace the training with dedication and discipline. He emphasized the importance of pursuing their dreams with passion, envisioning a future where they could emerge as professional footballers.
The camp aims to provide foundational skills and foster a love for the sport among the youth, laying a strong groundwork for their future endeavors in football.
