Democratic Forces – Peoples Defence Force (PDF) and Kuki National Army-Burma claimed that it had raided and captured the camp of Meitei militant – UNLF, in upper Tamu township.
It also claimed to have confiscated documents and huge cache of Arms and Ammunitions.
The democratic forces, in its Facebook page, uploaded that the combined team of PDF and KNA-B raided the UNLF camp which is located more than 2-miles East of Thanan village around 6 am of November 23. And the camp was captured and occupied by the revolutionary forces after about 1 hour gun battle.
The UNLF camp was commissioned by Myanmar Junta in 2020.
