Senapati Districts Students Association has clarified that they have not issued any statement or notification regarding economic blockade.
SDSA issued a clarification note on Saturday in response to the viral voice message in social media that the SDSA will impose an economic blockade from Monday July 8.
SDSA stated that a voice message regarding an economic blockade allegedly imposed by the Senapati District Students' Association (SDSA) has been circulating widely and thus has caused unnecessary panic and concern among the public.
Stating that the rumors are entirely baseless and unfounded SDSA urged everyone to remain calm and not to spread or believe in such misinformation.
Further, SDSA also requests all residents to verify any information from credible sources before sharing it further.
